Residencia de Mayores-Benquerencia

From the months of September 2022 until December 2022, I interned at the Residencia de Mayores-Benquerencia in Toledo, Spain. During my experience I was able to work in the infirmary, physical therapy and occupational therapy sectors of the residence. During this time I was able to work and learn from nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and doctors. I was able to learn all about the Spanish healthcare system, along with learning about how the American healthcare system differs on many levels.
